That’s me, the guy being rammed into the tree. I know, it’s an extremely violent pastime that I have but atleast it keeps me busy.

Truthfully this picture was posed for a joke and there are other much more violent looking events that took place that day, but such is the life of Crash. Which is the name that my friends gave me my freshman year in college. I was fortunate to end up with that one as apposed to some of the others that were tossed around. Anyhow, I am a senior now and will be for a couple years more because of some poor decisions I made my sophomore year. My major is this fascinating little subject called Packaging Science. If you’re curious what we do, go to the grocery store and look at the shelves. Then try to think of anything in there that doesn’t have or come in a package at some point. When you give up, thank the Lord that there are people out there fully devoted to making sure that your food is safe and healthy, this is unless you live in a country where food regularly spoils in the can or pouch or whatever it is you buy.

As far as who I am goes, I try to be pretty strait in that area. I am a normally levelheaded guy with a slightly above average IQ. I’m not the tallest guy around, nor am I the shortest. I really enjoy experiencing God’s creation, that is the outdoors. My favorite things to do include rock climbing, spelunking, kayaking, swimming, riding my bike, reading, hanging out, and probably most of all, eating. More important than all that however is the one that God made me. I was born to seek His face, lay my burdens at His feet, and worship His very name. I was born to spend time in the courts of YHWH!

Interesting Facts:

I have 2 birth certificates but I was only born once!

My many brushes with death include: ITP (a rare but life threatening autoimmune disease that eats your platelets), a ruptured appendix, a swift axe to the chest, a car accident, and any number of possibilities that could have occurred during one of my outdoor adventures.

I was the drummer for 2 youth bands and toured all over my home state and helped produce 4 cd’s

I love to cook, I have even created my own recipes and tested them out on various people… all with positive results.

My favorite bands include (but aren’t limited to): NeedtoBreathe, Skillet, Seven Places, Matt Kearney, and Sevenglory
